“We are crossing the present blindfolded” projects us into a current reality. The future seems blurry and uncertainty prevails. The present is apprehended, each step is a discovery on our journey. For its second edition, the 47 brings together twenty artists from the region and other horizons.

Le 47 is a place of exhibitions, meetings and artistic residencies located in Brosses, near Vézelay (France). By choosing a collective dynamic and local openness for the Project, Le 47 wishes to integrare culturally as part of the Yonne region. The challenge is to create a balance between allowing artists to work and exhibit while discovering the region to offer unique exhibitions, bring together a cultural network, establish partnerships with local actors, and involve residents in meetings and workshops.
